Hang-gliding, micro lighting, paragliding, skiing and an emerging interest in helicopters. Keeping fit, running, cycling (on and off road) and indoor rowing.

Career
Following an apprenticeship with BT Research Labs and gaining an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Neil successfully ran his own commercial cleaning company before selling up and pursuing his passion of hang-gliding which included representing Great Britain in 1994.
Next followed a start up IT reselling business that specialised in Network Security which included introducing the 'Net-Sweeper' product range into Europe and supply to several million end users. In 2003 Neil co-founded Email Systems Limited with Jim Page and together they grew the multi-million pound business to have offices in the UK, Sweden, Holland and Australia before merging with Webroot Inc in 2007.
From 2007 to early 2009 Neil was VP of EMEA for Webroot Inc, responsible for growth in that region as well as assisting in the continued development of the 'SaaS' security services.
2009 saw the foundation of Red Matter Limited with a vision to revolutionise voice communications...
